Thinking essay

"The manifestation of the wind of thought is not knowledge; it is the ability to tell right from wrong, beautiful from ugly. And this, at the rare moments when the stakes are on the table, may indeed prevent catastrophes, at least for the self."

I agree with this quote because when I'm thinking during class sometimes I space out and it affects my surroundings and what I'm doing. I don't know if you feel this way but I sure do. While your thinking about a decision you need to make you should think about if this is right or wrong and then just make sure its what you want to do that won't make you get in trouble if you do do something that's wrong.

I believe that it's your decision to make wise decisions and chose right from wrong. Otherwise if you don't think of right and wrong you'll just make the decisions that others would make and not do what you want to do. During class I'm sure you've seen people space out, everyone does it, but what are they thinking about? I've always wondered what goes on in other people's minds but I guess the only way to know is to ask and communicate with them.

In conclusion this quote deals with thinking through what is not knowledge but what you feel is right from wrong. My advice is to listen to your inner self and decide what you want to do from either making decisions that will help you not set you back. What is thinking to you?
